On June 9, we had the chance to run a Consumer Connect training with the marketing and R&D team at PT Sasa Inti.

The goal is simple, to sharpen the team’s skills in having real conversations with consumers.

We covered: 
✔️ How to write the right objective 
✔️ How to build a natural discussion guide 
✔️ Interviewing & probing techniques (including PEEL & laddering) 
✔️ Bias awareness, dos & don'ts, and how to spot insight nuggets

This is part of how we support Sasa Inti’s internal capability building, by making sure great marketing starts with real consumer understanding.
